Tilu Mountain Nature Reserve has a rain forest ecosystem types plateau. Tree species that dominated this area are: Saninten (Casonopsis javanica), Rasamala (Altingia exelsea), Kiputri (Podocarpus sp), Pasang (Quercus sp), Teureup (Artocarpus elasticus), Puspa (Schima walichii), Kondang (Ficus variegata), Tenggeureuk (Castanopsis tunggurut) and others.

Existing wildlife in this area are: Leopard (Panthera pardus), Squirrel (Calcoselurus notatus), monkey (Macaca fascicularis), gibbons (hybolates moloch), Deer (Muntiacus Muntjak), Javan (Trachypitechus auratus), Surili (Presbytis comata ), Bird Dederuk (Streptopelia bilorquata), bird turtledove (Geopelia striata), Snake Sanca (Python sp) and others.


Routes that can be taken to reach the region are: Bandung – Ciwidey – Gambung, as far as -ª 40 km, with good road conditions. Next from Gambung to lokaasi -ª 1 Km. Foot.
