Jambi, Al Falah Grand Mosque




Mosque, dubbed by the Thousand Pillar Mosque was built on January 16, 1971 and inaugurated its use by the President at that time on September 29, 1980. Standing on a land area of ??2.7 hectares, accommodating 10,000 worshipers helplessness made ??him one of Jambi City landmarks. The mosque is unique to the 256 pole with no walls except the west and the mihrab, decorated with ornaments calligraphy verses of the Koran, the name of Allah, Prophet Muhammad and lainnyadan features such magnificent dome in the Taj Mahal and the big drum in front of the mosque.
