So you can choose to sit on the beach in the sun, or in the shade of these grand old trees. With a great house reef in front of the diveshop and a couple of resident turles living in the bay, it’s a perfect place for snorkeling and long relaxed shore dives. Gapang offers a wide choice in accommodation on Pulau Weh, from basic wooden huts on the beach, or nice simple bungalows at Dang Dang Na next to the diveshop or at Ramadilla spread along the hill overlooking the bay to wooden bungalows with springbeds, mandi-style bathrooms, fans or AC in a garden setting at the entrance to the beach at the government run Gapang Resort. Prices ranges from Rp 40.000 to Rp 300.000 / 3,50 to 35 € (Euro) .
