About Indian filled eggs you do not hear so often … but it really exists. Telor stenga Raja. It’s just a nice candy dish for a glass of beer or course at a party. Highly recommended if you want something else to put on the table and guests agree to surprise.


6 hard boiled eggs
250 grams of minced beef
1 large onion, chopped
1 tsp. cumin
1 clove garlic
a handful of chopped celery
pinch of sambal badjak
small piece of shrimp paste (very broken)


The eggs hard boil eggs and cut lengthwise in half. Remove the yolks and place it in a separate bowl.

Fry in some oil the shrimp paste, garlic and onion and then put the meat and celery added. Let the meat brown well be the addition of other herbs. Everything from the heat and let cool briefly.

Put the meat in the egg yolk and mix through. Fill the half egg with the mixture.
