3 medium squid (myself sometimes use squid which has been cut in pieces, frozen-oa to get the Sligro or raw squid rings (without space around it)
5 cloves garlic
1 piece djahé (ginger) of about 4 cm.
3 spring onions and 1 limoentje
1 tsp. white pepper
5 tbsp. sweet soy sauce


raw squid ring squid make the course clean and remove the ink bags. Cut the fish into thin strips. Peel the garlic and crush them. (not chopping) djahé Peel and cut into small thin slices. Cut the onions into small pieces approximately 1 cm.

Heat the oil in a wadjan the garlic and cook 2 min and djahé
Add the squid and the white pepper and stir fry about 3 minutes.
Pour the lime juice and soy sauce added, add salt to taste and stir fry about 2 minutes Add the onions to the last and mix everything well.
