Triangles of fried spiced pork.

250 gr. sausage meat
50 gr. grated coconut (small bag)
Half theel.laos
2 tsp. ketumbar
1 tsp. cumin
1 large onion
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp. lemon juice
vegetable oil

Onion and garlic very finely cut. Mix well with all the chopped herbs together with the chopped onion, garlic, lemon juice and grated coconut. Let it rest for half an hour in the refrigerator.

Try the beef, and pretty little triangles out of it and let the triangles again about 30 to 45 minutes in the refrigerator so they can be a bit stronger. Sure do …. as they would otherwise be too soft and quickly fall apart in the oil.

Bake the triangles in the oil until crisp and brown on both sides but …. add too much at the same time as the oil cools down too quickly. 3 or 4 pieces going well.

Serve with white rice or fried rice as a side dish. Also delicious as a snack with a little sambal badjak.
