Perkedel Ikan, Delicious fish cakes

4 sliced ​​spring onions
2 cloves garlic
2 tsp. chopped ginger
500 gr. Boneless fish fillet
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 teaspoon brown cane sugar
1 egg
salt and pepper to taste (little more pepper is very nice)
40 gr. cornstarch / flour
vegetable oil

Tip: To firm up what you can use a bit of mashed potatoes (ca.3 large potatoes).

Serve the cakes with a dipping sauce.
This dip can be made of one tablespoon of soy sauce and a tablespoon of soy sauce and half a teaspoon sambal asin ulek.
