Opor tahu telor daging

  Tahu, meat and egg dish.


250 g of pork
1 block tofu
1 clove garlic
1 cup santen
1 sheet salam
1/2 hard-boiled egg (per person)
3 onions, chopped
10 crushed Kemiries
piece of shrimp paste (use this sparingly)


Cut the meat into thin slices. Cut the tofu into slices of 1 cm. Cook the tofu in oil brown and drain in a colander. Mix the meat, onion, garlic, shrimp paste and mashed kemiries well. Fry in oil until meat is brown.

Spice it and add to the exhibitors and the salam. The sauce should be well learned in the flesh, turn heat to low and dilute everything with water and a teaspoon of tomato puree.
Finally, the tofu, and the eggs was added. Note that the eggs do not break. Give each person a nice semi-hard boiled egg there. (with sauce)
