Nasi bonkie, A tasty snack

Nasi bonkieNasi-bonkie
A tasty snack as a snack or as a party snack.


Nasi goreng what is left of the meal
10 sheets of pie dough (from eg merchant)
sambal badjak
2 eggs
little flour and water to paste


Beat the eggs and make a nice omelette. When the omelet is cooled cut it into thin strips.

A delicious fried snack as tussendoortjeOntdooi few sheets suitable for the pie dough.
Spread the inside with thin badjak sambal and add a good tablespoon of nasi goreng. Let the sides a bit Fri Scatter a few strips of omelette on the nasi goreng.
