Kue Semprong, wafers

Kue Semprong (wafers)Kue-Semprong
Tasty Indian wafers

Ingredients: (For Indian ong.50 wafer rolls).

260 gr. flour,
1/2 tsp cinnamon
150 gr cane sugar
4 1/2 dl. coconut milk
4 eggs

Mix the flour and sugar together well. Beat the eggs and add to the flour / sugar mixture.
Mix well together. Add the santen (coconut milk) and the cinnamon and this again stir well.

Heat oil in a skillet and add 2 tablespoons of the batter. Rub the batter very thin with the back of the spoon. On a small fire for about 5 minutes on each side bins.

Then roll up and let cool on a rack.

The dough should not be too thin! Otherwise, you need only a little flour. If the dough is too thick, but a little santen / coconut milk do.

The easiest is of course, these wafers to make a waffle iron as you normally would make waffles. Note or on …. once this delicacy is ready, roll up immediately.

Nice for the ice but also for simply delicious to eat … Besides, kids love it!
