Round cakes with a delicious and savory chicken filling.

Ingredients for the dough:
3 eggs
2 cloves garlic
125 g flour
500 ml santen
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt

Ingredients for the filling:
150 g minced chicken
1 tbsp. Bawang goreng (fried onions)
2 spring onions
2 red chilies
1 celery stalks
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. oil

Slice the garlic very fine. Beat the eggs with the garlic, the dough, the pepper, salt and santen to a herd.

Cut the chilies (you can remove the seeds for less “pedis”), spring onion and celery finely. Heat a wok or Wajang the oil and fry the meat loose. Add the remaining ingredients and cook for a few minutes.

Fill the cake tins (made ​​as in the picture) with a layer of batter and spoon 1 tablespoon of meat mixture on top. You may optionally covered with a thin layer of batter but it does not.

Then bake in an oven at approximately 160 g in about 50 minutes until this tasty candy stuff is done.
