Domba Bakar, Grilled lamb chops

Grilled lamb chops


8 lamb chops
4 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 cm ginger / djahé or a large tsp powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. breath
2 tbsp. water


Make the garlic, ginger, pepper, salt, tamarind water and very fine to create a marinade. Rub the chops and leave for approximately 2 hours.

Roast the lamb chops over a charcoal fire in 20 minutes, until browned and cooked through. No BBQ again? No problem though … good in the kitchen and just in the oven.

Or a little rubbing with a paste of oil / water. Otherwise, the meat is too dry. You can also fireproof bowl of water in the oven. That works well and then the meat is not dry.
