Dadar kebertu, omelet stuffed with curry mince

Delicious Indian omelet stuffed with curry mince.


For the omelette you need:
3 eggs
100 grams of leeks
100 grams of celery.

For the meat:
200 grams minced beef,
1 onion,
2 cloves garlic
3 kemiris,
1 tsp. ketumbar
1 tsp. cumin
Half theel.kunjitpoeder
1 tsp. shrimp paste,
pinch of salt
1 tsp. cane sugar
1 1/2 eetl.olie
2 leaves of salam
2 tsp. laos powder
1 cup coconut milk.


In tjobek (mortar) wipe onion, garlic, coriander, cumin, kunjitpoeder, shrimp paste, salt and a little fine sugar. (preferably gula djawa or otherwise brown cane sugar)
To this mixture into the vegetable oil with powdered laos and salam.
This mix the minced meat. When everything is cooked, place the coconut milk and leave it stirring, well done. The eggs beat with loose, finely sliced ​​leeks, celery and salt.

You bake them an omelet and fill with the curried mince. Then roll the omelette on to wide rolls.
