Dadar hati ayam, Omelet with seasoned chicken livers

Omelet with seasoned chicken livers


4 eggs,
2 tbsp. chopped celery,
1 ½ tbsp. vegetable oil,
salt, pepper
200 gr.kippenlevertjes and 2 shallots,
1 small preitje,
1 lombok.


Cut the livers in half. Peel the shallots and chop them finely. Clean the leeks clean,
cut it lengthwise in half and each half was good. Cut into small pieces.
Wash and cut lombok narrow rings.

Heat 1 ½ tablespoons oil in a wadjan and fry the chicken livers browned. Let the shallot, the leek and fry lombok and bring the stuffing to taste with salt and pepper. Let it braise gently for 5 min.

Break the eggs into a bowl and whisk them off with salt and pepper to taste
Stir in the celery juice. Heat ¾ tablespoon oil in a frying pan, pour half of the
egg mass in it. Let the omelet on a medium heat coagulation, slide in the beginning
