4 hard boiled eggs
1 onion made ​​quite small
1 clove garlic very small chopping / cutting
1/2 tsp. trassi
1 tsp. serehpoeder
Lombokjes 1 large or 2 tsp. sambal brandal
1/2 tsp. ketumbar
1/4 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. kunjit (you know …… that yellow powder)
2 dl santen
2 djeruk purut leaves
2 salam leaves


Fry all the spices (except the leaves) in some oil with the onions and crushed garlic. Make a sauce with the santen. Stir well and add the salam leaves and djeruk at.

Put the peeled eggs in this sauce in whole or in half lengthwise (with the yolk up) cut and let everything simmer until the sauce becomes thick.
