Bebaris Tiga, Seasoned and fried meatballs

Seasoned and fried meatballs.


500 g beef
1 egg
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp. nutmeg
4 cloves garlic
vegetable oil


Press the garlic and mix it with a DIY egg, nutmeg, salt and pepper the meat thoroughly. Turn the mixture into small balls and pull the sticks. Heat in a wadjan sufficient oil and fry the balls nicely cooked. Serve these tasty meatballs with spicy soy sauce.
