Bapao, Steamed bun with filling

Steamed bun with filling. A delicious snack, where the recipe is not anywhere to be found.
Self bapao make is quite impressive. And fun to do too (if you bake and cook, of course). What often happens now is that this sandwich is also a moment so delicious fried crispy.

250 grams flour
20 grams fresh yeast or 1 sachet dried
0.5 cups lukewarm water
1 cup lukewarm milk
1 tbsp. basterdsuikermespunt white salt

For the filling:
2 tbsp. salad oil
3 white of leek
1 clove of garlic squeezed
500 grams of minced
salt and pepper to taste
3 tbsp. sweet soy sauce (sauce)
2 tbsp. dry sherry
2 tbsp. cornstarch
3 tbsp. chicken.

Crumble the yeast in a cup. Put the water and stir the yeast, as she has become liquid, once.
Sift the flour into a bowl. Make a well in it and sprinkle with salt and sugar over the top. Pour the yeast mixture into the well and work a little flour without sugar and salt. Cover this mixture with the remaining flour and wait for the flour, by the action of the yeast from splitting.
Put the milk and knead the dough and push until it no longer sticks to the countertop. Brush a bowl with butter, place the dough in it and sprinkle some flour over the top. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and put them in a warm draft-free place. Wait until the dough has doubled in size.
