1 chicken (1 kg.) Or 6 feet and a pile of wings (better)
1 a 1 1/2 cup salad oil
3 medium large onions
4 cloves garlic
3 red chilies
1/4 block santen
2 to 3 cups water


1 lemon grass blade (or a little lemon juice)
Djahé 2 slices (or 1 teaspoon ground ginger)

Chop the chicken into 5 or 6 pieces. Slice the onions and garlic and chop the chilies diagonally
(such as French beans). Fry in vegetable oil until soft. Fry the chicken pieces over and to light brown.
