Ayam cabe kering, Tasty spicy fried chicken

Tasty spicy fried chicken.


1/2 kg chicken breast
4 large red chilies
2 chillies (very small peppers)
2 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. corn starch (or other binder)
2 tbsp. soy asin
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. coarse pepper from a mill
3 cloves garlic
Djahé 3 cm or a tsp. powder
2 spring onions


Cut the garlic, spring onions and the chilies possibly djahé (ginger) fine. Cut the meat into slightly larger pieces and mix with the cornstarch, salt, pepper and 1 tablespoon soy sauce and leave for 45 minutes. Turn to the security in the refrigerator with a piece of foil over it.

Heat in a wadjan the oil and fry the meat is nicely browned around and scoop up as it browns, from wadjan. Add the garlic, chilies and djahé in wadjan and cook about 1 minute. Then the chicken, chopped chillies and add the soy sauce and cook until chicken is thoroughly cooked. If it is too soon and bake the dish is too thick, then add a little (hot) water.

Sprinkle the spring onions over it as a garnish and serve this delicious dish with nasi putih (white rice)
