Tino ransa, Spicy and delicious spicy braised pork

Spicy and delicious spicy braised pork.

ingredients:

½ kg. pigs rags
3 red chilies
1 tsp. salt
150 ml of water
3 shallots
3 tomatoes
1 bunch celery
4 tbsp. oil

Boemboe:

1 serehstengel
1 cm galangal (or 1 tsp. Laos powder)
3 cloves garlic

preparation:

Cut the chilies into neat and narrow strips (seeds there and hold), the shallots, tomatoes and celery finely. Pound or grind the ingredients for the paste to a fine paste. Heat in a wadjan the oil and fry the meat with chilies in 8 minutes. Then add the paste, shallots, salt and celery and cook it for 3 minutes. Then the tomatoes and water to it and rushed the court, on a small fire about 15 minutes until meat is tender.
