Roti Jala, pancakes

Roti Jala (pancakes)Roti-Jala

ingredients:

3 eggs
1/2 ltr.dunne santen
1 tsp. turmeric
250 gr. flower
vegetable oil
salt to taste

preparation:

Beat the eggs, mix the flour and a pinch of salt. Add the santen, turmeric and a tablespoon. oil and mix together well until a smooth batter.

Heat a large skillet, grease with oil and spoon batter so much that the bottom just covered. Let them bake until top is almost dry and the underside is brown.

Turn the pancake over and cook other side until golden.
The pancake coil … and yummy.
Possibly what gula djawa melt and the pancake rolls bedruppelen with these delicious sugar sauce.
