Perk Edel jagung kepiting, Corn cakes with crab

Corn cakes with delicious crab

Ingredients: (for 4 delicious cakes)

2 fresh corn cobs
2 large tablespoons fresh crab
1 whip fresh daun Bawang
flower
vegetable oil

preparation:

Maize cobs get the corn along with daun Bawang coarse grinding or chopping (not too fine). Then mix together the crab meat, egg, flour, salt and pepper.
Layer of oil in the skillet or Wajang high heat and about 1 heaped tablespoon in the pan (burger form). Cook until golden brown on both sides. Garnish with piece of Lombok and a dollop of crab meat.

But ……….. that’s good! As an appetizer or side dish
