ingredients

1 or 2 packets pangsitvellen (available at the shop). Have they no pangsitvellen, please spring roll wrappers and cut each sheet into four equal pieces.
150 grams of beef mince
150 grams shrimp (chopped)
4 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
2 tbsp. leek (chopped)
2 tbsp. celery (chopped)
salt and pepper
oil
sunflower oil
Water and flour for flour paste (serves as paste)
 

preparation:

Beef with chopped shrimp fry in oil.
Then the chopped garlic and chopped leeks and add them as fry.
Then the celery, pepper and salt do it well to mix. Take off heat and let cool. (Drain off excess fat)
Put on each pangsitvelletje one heaped dessert spoon stuffing.

Fold the sheets in a triangle close and glue them down with flour paste. Equally pressing.
The 2 points of this triangle – left and right fold backwards and paste closes with the flour paste.
In large frying oil and serve with a sweet ginger sauce
