Lidah Sapi Sauce Tomat, beef tongue in tomato sauce

Lidah Sapi Sauce TomatLidah-Sapi-Saus-Tomat
(beef) tongue in tomato sauce.

ingredients:

2 sole
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. small green pepper lombok
2 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
5 tbsp. tomato sauce / ketchup
5 cloves garlic
2 tbsp oil
water

preparation:

Heat in a pan and boil the water containing the soft tongue. Remove skin and cut the tongue into slices. Chop the garlic finely.
Heat in a wok / wadjan the oil and fry the garlic for 1 minute. Then add to the tongue along with the pepper, bits of Lombok, nutmeg and salt and cook until the tongue becomes dry. Add the tomato sauce and 250 ml of water and simmer gently for 15 minutes.
