ingredients:

1 kg. cod fillets or fillets cabbage
2 tbsp. sweet soy sauce
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp. gula djawa
3 onions
2 large red chilies
2 tbsp. lemon juice,
1 tsp. laos powder
1 tsp. grated lemon peel,
Djahé 1 piece or a large teaspoon of powder
1/2 tbsp. sea ​​salt.
 

preparation:

Peel the onion and garlic and chop finely. Cut the fish into pieces.
Vegetables in oil the onions, garlic and djahé golden brown. Stir in the chilies (sliced​​) and lemon through it. Also the laos, lemon juice, gula djawa, soy sauce and salt, stir.

Fry the fish pieces in hot oil and let them drain briefly on a piece of paper towel. Put the beautiful pieces of fried fish on a flat dish and pour the spice mixture over the fish pieces.
