ingredients:
Frikandellen for 4 people
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp. djahé powder (ginger)
1 heaped tsp Sambal oelek
4/5 tbsp soy sauce (sweet)
1 teaspoon vinegar
sugar (preferably a little brown cane sugar or a piece of gula djawa)

preparation:
Fry the frikandels and cut the onion and garlic. Frikandel Cut into pieces about 2 cm.

Preparation:
Take a pan and pour a little oil in it. Fry the onion and garlic and add the sambal oelek at. Then about 2 tablespoons sugar, djahé and 4 to 5 tablespoons soy sauce. Add the frikandel-pieces there and very briefly at a small fire to simmer. Teaspoon vinegar.

Note: However, if a little water there so do not bake.
