Delicious slices of beef seasoned and baked.

ingredients:

1 kg or sukadelappen riblappen
2 onions
3 cloves garlic
1 slice or ½ tsp laos. powder
1 tsp. ketoembar
½ tsp. cumin
2 tbsp. tamarind water
2 salam leaves
salt to taste
vegetable oil

preparation:
 
Cut the beef into fine slivers. Peel the onions and garlic and make them finely. Mix the laos through. Put the meat in a skillet with the onions wadjan or mass, other spices, the tamarind water, salam leaves and salt.

Add enough boiling water to cover the meat just cover and bring gently to the boil. Leave the meat in the open pan cook in about 2 hours. All moisture must be evaporated. Beat the meat slightly thinner with a meat hammer.

Heat the oil in a watjan and fry the slices until crisp and brown meat. Do not allow to burn! Serve with rice putih (white rice).
