Omelet stuffed with minced meat and a delicious coconut flavor

ingredients:

5 to 6 eggs
a little oil
1 medium sized onion
2 cloves garlic
500 grams of minced meat (half and half)
1/4 block santen
salt and pepper to taste

1 lemon grass blade

preparation:
