Colo-colo, Fish in soy sauce

Fish in soy sauce

ingredients:

2 large pieces of cod fillets or 2 jacks
2 red chilies, chopped (remove seeds)
2 red onions
1/2 tsp. trassi
1/2 lemon
1/4 cucumber (very small slices)
4 tbsp. sweet soy sauce
3 tbsp. “hot” water
2 stalks celery, chopped
Large tomato 1 large (sliced)

preparation:

The tasty fish fry in vegetable oil and then divide into pieces.
The Lombok wash and finely cut. The chopped onion, celery, shrimp paste, lombok,
tomato, cucumber, soy sauce and the hot water in a bowl.
To taste a little salt and lemon on the side.

The fried pieces of fish and vegetables with your fingers dipped in the sauce and eaten.
Serve with plain white rice. Mmmmm …
