Fried sardines in a chilli sauce.

ingredients:

13 large sardines
vegetable oil
3 tbsp. tomat sambal (see recipe)

preparation:

Heat in a wadjan the oil and fry the sardines browned. After they are well browned baked sardines let drain on a paper towel. Leave a small amount of oil left in the wadjan and fry the sambal. 3 minutes and keep stirring so it does not aanbakt the sambal. Add the sardines to the fried sambal and stir well.
