Babi pee, Spicy pork dish with a mild ginger flavor

ingredients:

1/2 kg pork (shoulder chops, bacon
2 limes (juice)
3 shallots
salt to taste
2 cloves garlic gangs
4 red chillies
4 cm ginger (djahé) or 1 teaspoonful
nutmeg to taste
oil
 

preparation:
Cut the meat into nice thin strips.

Pound the shallots, garlic, chillies, ginger, nutmeg and salt to a fine paste (bumbu). Mix the lime juice and thereby marinate the meat for at least 1 1/2 hours.

Heat in a wok / wadjan the oil and fry the meat is tender.

Simple but a very delicious dish. Serve with plain white rice and sambal goreng beans there ….
