ingredients:

1 Young roaster or a few large chicken thighs
5 large onions
1 teaspoon coriander
2 lombok / rawit
1 dash of ground cumin
1 garlic (preferably red)
1 piece djahé (ginger) or a tsp. djahepoeder
1 piece of gula djawa (or brown cane / palm sugar)
1 block santen
salt and pepper to taste
lemon
 

preparation:
The chicken or pieces of cooking. When the chicken is cooked with the chicken and the Boemboes santen boil dry and then just on the barbecue or the grill.
