Kesuna goreng Garlic fries 10 CLOVES GARLIC, peeled and sliced very tin
1/2 TBSP SALT FRYING OIL

Dry the garlic slices with a piece of tissue. Heat a layer of 2 centimeters oil in a frying pan to about 170 degrees and fry the garlic until golden brown. Watch closely because they burn easily. Put them on a piece of tissue for a few minutes and sprinkle with salt. Great side dish for all Indonesian recipes.
