The minimum of guests to guarantee any cruise is 10 passengers. If any of these cruises are withdrawn prior to sailing date, Balicruises/Balivillas’s liability is limited to a refund of monies received at time of cancellation (maximum 6 weeks before departure) less 5% for administration fee.
