Cacomantis variolosus, Brush Cuckoo, Wiwik Rimba

The BrushCuckoo, Cacomantis variolosus, is a member of the cuckoo order of birds, the Cuculiformes, which Cacomantis-variolosusalso includes the roadrunners, the anis, and the Hoatzin.

The Brush Cuckoo is native to the east coast of Australia and northern New Guinea. It is grey-brown with a buff breast and its call is very familiar of the Australian bush.
